General Comments
The one attractive feature of the Zurigo Hotel is its great location within Milan, everything is within walking distance! The first room we got was tiny, not fit for people with luggage, but it was clean and well air-conditioned, so we didn't complain. However, taking a shower flooded the bathroom floor, and when we notified the man at the front desk I felt he became aggressive, first assuming we were lying. We finally got a different room at the hotel, which was very good. The only other issue we had was that the information we got prior to arriving mentioned some free services, such as free internet and bicycles. The hotel clerk claimed they had changed this a while ago, so it would be nice if the management lets travel agents and booking websites know about this.
