Good Points

They had a competitive price and included home emergency cover.


Bad Points

Will try to come up with any excuse, not too even investigate the problem.
Stick to your guns insist they send an assessor, and investigate.
Home Emergency Cover is what you pay for and the people they contract too are bad.


General Comments

Like any home insurance cover, essential, happy to take your money but they make a drama out of a crisis.
