As a power shower, it works very well.
If you have a thermostatic control shower, this runs at the temperature you set it to until the hot water runs cold.
It will only last 2 years.
I have had 3 now over 6 years. If after 18 months you need to remove the front cover, the plastic mixer unit & additional parts have gone brittle and start to crack if disturbed. This, I have noticed on all of them so far.
If the Mira Event XS Thermostatic shower was more reliable, it would be a good power shower. Mira must sort out this brittle plastic defect which occurs over such a short period of time. It means it becomes unrepairable after 2 years.
