Holiday rep was very useful and moved us out out straight away.
Bad Points
Well I don't know where to start, I was absolutely disgusted with everything they didn't seem to understand the meaning of all inclusive, all the drinks came in tiny cups and were warm, we couldn't get a round of drinks, each person has to go get their own. My child could only have 1 ice cream a day and there was no play area, also, i thought the edges around the pool were dangerous especially for children. There was only 1 all inclusive restaurant and the food was very bland, all in all not a good holiday.
General Comments
Did not live up to expectations nothing like described in brochure and on website, would not recommend this to any one. Nothing more than a 2* standard in my opinion.
