Sony Ericsson P800 Review

Good Points
stylus text input, symbian OS, blue tooth, light weight and slim for fetures, good screen resolution, excellent camera, lock feature prevents accidental activation of phone, camera, or internet

Bad Points
relatively slow to open applications, moving files between memory stick and internal memory not strightforward, limited storage with 128 MB maximum for memory stick, very disappointing technical support

General Comments
This is a great gadget, with great functionality. I replaced both my cell phone and Palm PDA with one device (the P800). However, when it carashed and could not be started within 4 months of purchase, I had the worst experience with Sony Ericsson technical support. I sent it two times for repaire, and each time they returned it as "fixed" but it was not. They finally promised to send a new handset in a week. Three weeks later, and still no handset. If you depend on your PDA or cell phone, and require a dependable technical support, do not buy a Sony Ericsson product
