Good Points

The music is good


Bad Points

Too hard to pick up the moves, they do not show you the moves before hand - I really wanted to enjoy this but didn't even get to the end.


General Comments

If you can pick up dance moves quickly this would be great, the music is good and the dancers are bearable (which is hard to find in some fitness DVD's)
