Good Points

Unbeatable system for price, sales staff did not try & upsell any components I didn't need or want, kept me up to date on delivery even when delayed by 2 days due to parts issue.

Had to call 24hr support team @ 10:30pm due to problem loading old software onto Vista OS, no waiting on hold & call centre was in UK, advisor knew my problem straight away & fixed within a few minutes - can't ask for more than that.


Bad Points

Web site allowed the purchase of a component that was not compatible with the motherboard, however Mesh called within days of the order being placed to advise & offer an alternative option, refunded difference in cost straight away.


General Comments

Would have no hesitation recommending Mesh & will be using them in the future for any upgrades.
