Good Points

Free download and free to use.

Bad Points

Can hang up at times but 99% of the time excellent.

General Comments

I have used Yahoo Messenger for 4 years now. It's free and you get to use chat and webcam with no loss of quality.
I have only used net to net calls and not net to phone.
The games are not too bad considering the free aspect and you get a free email account too.
