Good Points

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The pools were kept very clean. The bar staff (especially at the villa pool) were a bit haphazard. Snacks and meals were carried on trays (covered in foil) from the hotel to the villa area, but they quite often forgot things like salt and pepper and would have to dash back, by which time the food was eaten.


Bad Points

The rooms were very basic with not much wardrobe space. Lacked drawers especially. Lack of access from Hotel to Villa and visa versa. The hotel entertainment was very poor, only a DJ and a belly dancer. Bingo and other daft things.


General Comments

The Monda Verde Hotel and Villas ( stayed one week in the hotel (B&B) and two weeks in the villas (self-catering) were on the whole very good value. The biggest downfall for me was the lack of access from the villa with its pool and bar to the the hotel with its pool and bar and facilities. We were a big party (21 in all) so we had three villas and two hotel rooms. We had to go out onto the street and walk a short distance to the entrance of the hotel.
