General Comments
Don't subscribe unless you realise that all they supply is one or two programmes per channel per evening. i.e. you can look at the TV guide in the paper and plan to watch that good movie only to find that Top-Up-TV have decided only to send one from the whole days viewing, and obviously not the one you want!
A really poor selection that's not worth the money. At £10.80 per month for a license for BBC1 & 2 et al, you get much better value!
A ps would be customer service are very polite and happy to cancel the subscription.

I found this review unhelpful because... comparing to the license fee is pointless, as that is a requirement by law. If you say that then you might as well say that Sky & Virgin Media are bad value for money.
