We pay over £170 a month for Bupa healthcare, and whenever I try to make a claim (once because I fell and broke my nose and needed it re-broken, and once because my IUD went missing internally and I needed surgery to remove it), they told me I'm not covered. Apparently my broken nose wasn't needed, as it wasn't causing me acute pain, and in the second case, they don't cover anything resulting from contraception. What exactly are we paying for?
