Good Points
Can't think of any except that I'd rather kick it than the dog

Bad Points
Exhaust filter falls out at the slightest touch. It doesn't clean as well as it should, the filters keep clogging, its too heavy, the rubber from the handle has come unglued. The designer must have been working his notice when he decided that the electrical lead should exit the body of the vacuum at 3cm above floor level so that you are forever getting the machine caught up in it.

General Comments
The worst vacuum I have ever owned. It is a triumph of everything that you should not do when you rip off someone else's idea. They have taken everything that is good in a Dyson and turned it into a negative. The design team should win an award for Incompetence and the management should win an award for bring such a heap of junk to the market.
