Gradwell.com are a small company I identified from a web search when looking for a possible replacement provider for our internal office phone system. Their VoIP services is absurdly competitive, the free softphone is brilliant quality and the call quality is amazing. The virtual PBX offers all the functionality of an in house POTS PBX, including call transfers, hunt groups, internal calls, call holding and hold music, diverts and forwarding. There is also an impressive email to fax service and vice versa.
Bad Points
The only bad point I can think of is that the softphone is a third party application and as such is not hugely stable. Once this is improved, Gradwell should be unstoppable
General Comments
Gradwell Dot Com are just plain brilliant. Being a small company, their customer service is exemplary and friendly. Service downtime is freely admitted and updated in real time, with SMS alerts sent directly to me as an administrator when this happens. If you want something more than the polish of Skype and in general better service - go with these people
