Horrible communication, seem disorganized and clueless as to what is going on. Customer support is an oxymoron for them.
General Comments
I placed an order with Entirely Pets on July 16th, and my credit card was immediately charged $150+. Two days later I received an email from EntirelyPets.com saying that they had not yet received my check / money order. I responded to this email saying that my card had been charged and was there a discrepancy. I received no reply. After a few days more, I checked my order status via the link provided, and, as always, the status was "review". I called the 800 number, and was told that the order required a prescription, so I gave my pet's name and his prescribing vet's information, and was told it would be taken care of. I also asked why it had taken two weeks and me having to call them to get this resolved; the operator apologized, offered no explanation, but again assured me it would be taken care of. After a few more days I emailed a detailed message concerning what had transpired, and that I was disputing the charge with my credit card. For this trouble I received an email telling me that my payment had been received. It is now August 6th, 21 days after I placed my order and my credit card was charged. My status is still "review", I've had no communication or information from EntirelyPets.com, I am accruing interest from the charge, and worst of all, my dog is out of the medication that helps him with his pain & mobility. It seems the online customer service and the telephone counterparts are two entirely different groups, and I don't see that anyone knows what the other is doing.
