Great beach very close.
Bad Points
Accommodation in general is terrible.
General Comments
We have been going to Caister Camp for 6 years and have sadly watched its decline. The camp itself is very shabby, we had 2 caravans for our party of 11 with age range of 12 to 48, 1 van was bronze 3 bed and it was gross, the bathroom/shower walls had rotted through into the back of a wardrobe, the flooring around toilet was the same and had been filled with expanding foam, the upholstery was in dire condition with holes/burns/stains and the carpets don't bare description, I defy even the hardiest holidaymaker to lay on sodden mattresses - yes we did complain and were told because we had a dog with us we could not be allocated another unit, this at a cost of £786 inclusive of a £40 fee for the dog, the 2nd van was a silver 3 bed which was a better standard but nothing to warrant £850+. What has happened to the entertainment, apart from Neptunes Club which is totally unbearable and to small to accommodate so many, the Chaos Club, pool room, cafe has been boarded up, so has the Carousel Club, seagulls club is now in use but is a good 15 min walk if you stay at neptune end of camp, if you can take many hours of Rory and Funstars it is fine for anyone over 14 it is a total bore as adult entertainment does not start till 10.45 apart from that and kiddies daytime things there is absolutely nothing to do, as my party included 1 12 yr old 1 14 yr old and 2 17yr olds they were too young for the bars and too old for everything else, this lack of activity showed itself many times at evening when bored groups gathered around the football/basketball and caused large amounts of damage, the police attending on 3 nights of the 7 we were there - the shop was OK but a bit expensive - we had Diners Choice in the restaurant which was acceptable and had a good variety, except if you wanted toast, had to queue for approx 20 mins for it - Funstars? Never saw one around the camp.
My advice if you don't have kiddies is avoid it like the plague, the camp is in dire need of refurbishment.

Centre Parcs say that is was due to refurbishment, I beleive it was due to labour costs at this quiet time of the year. Albeit still great choice in the eating department.
