They damaged my car and its taken 6 months hard work to get them to pay up.

General Comments
I used MIA Secure Parking for the first time at Xmas.

I found the service to be commendable until I returned to my car and found they had dented it. I checked the procedure with them and followed it carefully. They took a picture of the damage and told me to expect contact at home from a repair specialist.

I have since found them very difficult to deal with and have despaired of ever getting my car fixed.

After much hard work; and with the assistance of FHR I have managed after many months to get some compensation.
