Good Points

Brilliant when it was new and all working. Made our main convection oven virtually redundant for small meals. Looks good and fairly easy to clean


Bad Points

Displays default to German when power disconnected. Very poor after sales service; nobody in Cornwall UK wants to touch it. No help in owners manual for basic maintenance like changing lamp. Lamp failed after 6 months, Heater element failed after 8 months. no obvious access doors to change components, looks like oven requires major work to change small components. Metal trim fell off out case after 15 months - poor design.


General Comments

I would have expected better for the money spent. Oven should not have to go back to manufacturer just to have oven cavity lamp replaced.
