Worse business class seats I have ever experienced.
Worse business class seats I have ever experienced. The seats on my Airbus A330 were narrow, old, and definitely do no incline as much as their competitor's seats (that I should have used!). I found the website misleading as most of the planes on the Hong Kong-Australia route have not been upgraded. In my experience Cathay Pacific charges a premium rate for non-premium seats.
