Delivery and Customer service are shockingly bad!
General Comments
Delivery from Furniture at Work is supposedly 5 - 10 working days. In reality it took a month! I contacted them on 3 occasions and never got a reply. I phoned, but they didn't help. I was told that it was something to do with the warehouse, but the guy I spoke to said he could only contact them by email. At any rate I got no reply!
