Bad Points

They misadvertised a cable as being made by a particular manufacturer, but the cable supplied was a cheap make with no manufacturers name. So I sent it back.
They take an age to deal with returns, and only did so when I threatened them with Trading Standards. Their policy clearly states they will refund all postage costs, but they didn't. I only got the cost of the goods.


General Comments

Appalling company to deal with. They give distance selling a bad name. I know that my product was inexpensive, but I'm glad to have had the experience before possibly buying something expensive and having to return it.
I shall never deal with Aria again, and I advise you to steer well clear of them.
