Good Points

They are cheap, way cheaper than anyone else online.


Bad Points

Read the small print or you may pay a lot more than you bargained for.

I chose to save a couple of quid by getting the standard rather than the gold package. What I didn't realise was that this meant that the hire company will give you a car with a full tank of gas, which they will then charge you for, and you won't get any refunds even if you don't use it. This was in the small print of the YesCarHire site but I missed it. That is fine if you're going to put some miles on the car but if, like me, you just need something to run around in for a few days and wind up leaving the tank 3/4 full, then this turns out to be expensive, more expensive than the standard rate would have been.


General Comments

Despite the fuel tank saga, I would still use them again. I'd just be more careful about getting the right package.
