You can tell the staff know what they are talking about, and nothing too much trouble. Even though I bought a sale gown, I was treated as though I'd spent £3000.

I would recommend The Bridal House in Leeds to anybody. After visiting the other bridal stores in Leeds, I was feeling like I would never get a dress on my budget, as they all made me feel bad. That is until I walked into The Bridal House, where their down-to-earth, friendly staff helped me to get the gown of my dreams. It was a pleasure going in, and I give them 10/10 for customer relations and service. The other stores need to employ staff of their calibre, instead of young, giddy girls who have no passion for the profession they are in.
