Provides internet, phone and TV package in one.
Appalling and unprofessional customer service. Poor choice of television channels considering you can get most of them FREE with a FREEVIEW box. Have to pay £££ to upgrade or for the slightly more exotic channels. Set top box regularly overheats and malfunctions. Regular loss of internet and television service. You have to sign up for a minimum of 12 months which means that if you are dissatisfied with their service you still have to pay them, you can't cancel the contract. Deceptive and ambiguous wording in their contract. Deceptive advertising of which channels you actually receive. Takes forever for technical engineers to replace faulty equipment - I had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer whilst still being charged. Poor value for money in comparison to their competitors.
I would not recommend Homechoice to anyone unless you are a masochist who enjoys hanging on phones for hours and then being abused simply for making a complaint. Homechoice are, in my opinion, a very amateurish service provider and the services they do provide are nothing special and certainly not value for money. Try any of the other providers first and only choose Homechoice as a very last resort. Buy a FREEVIEW box for a one off payment which allows you to watch the same channels you get from Homechoice without having to subscribe to their service for the next 12 months!
