Nice looking product (leather sofa)
Bad Points
Poor delivery service (they only deliver on one day every 3 weeks, and if you're not in on that day, you will have to wait another 3 weeks, and another 3 weeks, and another 3 weeks).
Unhelpful and unfriendly customer service staff. When I was told that if I wasn't going to be in on the delivery day (I was working), she asked if I could just take the day off work, or get a relative to wait in. When I said no, she said I would be charged 10% of the total order cost if I wanted to cancel my order.
General Comments
Badly co-ordinated service (arranged finance on one day, 2 days later, another staff member rang me to ask how I wanted to pay).
Inflexible delivery, which could feasibly see you waiting for a very long time for your goods.
They also want to charge you 10% of your order if you want to cancel the order due to their totally inflexible delivery service.
I will never attempt to purchase from Haddon House again.
