The Sony Ericsson F500i is extremely reliable because it is strong, does the commands you want, everything! I have dropped it god knows how many times, it's dented but nothing major, it still works perfectly! It was left out in the middle of the road in Scotland, while raining, lightning all night! it got a bit wet inside the screen but if you put it on the radiator it'll be fine after an hour! I love the sound recorder!
Bad Points
Sometimes the little gear stick thing doesn't work when I press down but if you press the numbers on the keypad in the menu it will go into your texts. Pretty smart, I think!
You don't get Bluetooth which is really irritating! I can't put it on loudspeaker and I can't get any music into the media player! The camera quality is OK but it isn't the best. The sound recorder is good but when you play it and want it louder, it doesn't go very loud!
General Comments
If you're looking for a first phone or just a simple long lasting one for business, then look no further! I've had this phone for almost 3 years now, so it's really strong. Most phones mess up in about 2 months!
