Hassle factor!
A Review of Lancaster Insurance www.lancasterinsurance.co.uk They are an administrative nightmare! Initially they recommended the wrong insurance company who turned out not to be applicable for my car (admitted by them as their mistake) - then they bombarded me with threatening letters which were factually incorrect. Then they withheld some of my premium refund, despite agreeing this was not supposed to happen, since it was 100% their mistake.
