Good Points

Food was OK, located next to a few bars.

Bad customer service, lying receptionist.


General Comments

Well there was 11 of us in total who stayed at the Mimosa Park Hotel. The hotel appeared to be very nice, decoration was fancy and the staff were very pleasant on the whole.
The pool was quite large even though you had to be up at 7am to reserve sunbeds because there is a serious lack of them, not good when you're out partying all night.

There was an incident when myself and my girlfriend were lying in bed at 5:30am and we heard a key in our lock opening the door. When the door opened it was a drunk man with our spare room key. I immediately went to reception to complain about them giving spare keys out to strangers and they completely denied anybody even being at reception for hours, never mind giving my spare room key out.

However, my mate who was sitting near reception witnessed the receptionist talking to this drunk man just minutes before the incident.

After arguing for about 10 minutes they threatened to ring the Police and to take our passports off all of us.

They give keys out to anybody who requests it without needing to provide identification, as proved by myself a couple of days later, when I asked another receptionist for a room key belonging to someone else.

If my girlfriend was in the room by herself goodness knows what could have happened. Security could seriously be improved.
