When it works, it is the best MPV, and we LOVE it!
It NEVER works...... ever.
We bought our first brand new car, as we had a young family, and wanted a reliable practical car. Within 1 week, it was back in the garage, and has been in and out since. You name it, it has broken. On the start of a road trip to Italy (very brave) we got 1 mile from our home and the gear box went. It cost us £600 in plane tickets as a result. We have had a constant leak in the driver sun roof from day one, which has been seen by two different dealerships and still not fixed. On our return from a holiday to the States, tired and ready for a sleep in our own beds, we found the ECU had gone. So had to be towed at our expense from the airport parking! So many niggles I could not begin, we just spent £400 extending the warranty as I would not dare keep the car without it, and sure enough, this is the truth, the next week, the sensor in the fuel tank went, so we ran out of petrol as the gauge showed 10 litres left! We are very disappointed - Citroen should have the decency to give the owners a lifetime warranty because of the poor product they have created. It is due to go back to the garage, as the fascia around the automatic door openers they replaced is in need of being re-replaced! Just another example for you!
