I am so annoyed with this site, they said it was all free. Never use this site!


General Comments

I am on hold to the owners of the Club Crazee website.
I am going to get my money back if I can, you should do the same. I am also reporting them to Watchdog and Which?.

I have just got through on the phone to an automated voice which advised that Club Crazee is a subscription service, and although it says everything is free (I just double checked) they send 10 x SMS @ £1.50 to your phone to pay for the subscription - this is apparently detailed on the page where you enter your passcode - NO IT'S NOT - I have taken a print screen and saved it just so I have the proof.

Even if you don't have credit on your phone, the messages wait in a queue until you top up and then they just keep coming until you have paid for them!!

I am going to find out if there is anything else I can do, I will keep you all posted.

I think I have found a way to unsubscribe, either send an email to support@clubcrazee.co.uk or call 0871 832 6162 and follow the automated instructions - I think you need to select 'SMS billing' and then option 3 (don't quote me on that) and then you will be asked to enter your mobile number and then you have to confirm it - it should then tell you that you are unsubscribed. Good luck!

    I found this review helpful because...I showed me i was not the only mug stupid enough to think i could get something for nothing.
