Good Points

Very central. Close to I4, 192, Disney.
Nice clean, well appointed apartments. Generally friendly and helpful staff.
Free shuttle bus to Celebration, Supermarket and Kissimmee Old town.
Plenty of organised activities.
Everything is well maintained.
Internet access and free WiFi in the check-in building.


Bad Points

Heavy pitch on getting you to do the tour when you check in.
Due to the pools being surrounded by apartments, they don't get the sun early or late in the day.
Patio doors are not marked with resort logos, hence you end up walking into them.
High demand on parking but the resort will give you a lift to your apartment if you have to go into the parking garage.


General Comments

This is a really nice resort and I recommend it. I would certainly go back.

There are some bad points but these are heavily outweighed by the good points.

Use the shuttle bus to go to Celebration. There are some really nice restaurants on the Lakefront, try Antonios the Italian or Columbia the Cuban/Spanish restaurant, both are excellent.

Vacation Villas is next door to the supermarket called Publix, there is a Logans Roadhouse restaurant that serves really good food at very reasonable prices.

There is a Kobe steak house and an Italian restaurant called Fionnis at the strip mall close by. Both are OK but on the pricey side for what you get.

Avoid Kissimmee Old Town. My opinion is that this place is a dive. There are some nice shops but no decent restaurants. Not up to the usual high standards found in the US. Teeming with mosquitoes.
