Good Points

It's easy to drive, with ABS and progressive power steering, Permanent 4 wheel drive and the driving position is comfortable even after many hours of driving, I like the seamless windows and the full electric pack, and it does attract attention on the roads but this can be good and bad depending on the area you live in.

Bad Points

Very difficult to maintain for DIY enthusiast as its a flat 4 with very little room to do anything but it's fairly reasonable to have main dealers to service it ranging from £90.00 upwards depending on whats needed at the time.

General Comments

The Mcrae was the first Limited edition SUbaru Impreza only available to the UK market of only 200 units made by Prodrive, and now seems to be quite sought after and you would expect to pay 20% more than the book price to own one of these, and the Insurance group varies from 17 to 20 also the fuel consumption on average is about 22mpg.
