Wide range of products and services. Great internet banking access. Good customer service.
Bad Points
Never seem to get a favourable interest rate on personal loans. A lack of local branches in my area.
General Comments
All in all a good bank for general services e.g current accounts, internet banking and customer service. Just a pity that it seems thin on the ground for local branches in my area. I found it pays to shop around around for personal loans and credit cards though, as I have found that even though I have been with them for 14yrs and have good credit I never seem to get a favourable interest rate. Other than that it is a good bank for everyday banking.
