Good Points

Very easy to use website offering good information on remortgaging and products from every Bank, Building Society and Lender in the market.


General Comments

I filled out the online application which took a few minutes and at the end of which it offered me the opportunity to obtain a free copy of credit report which I thought was a nice touch and an explanation of what would happen next. Sure enough as promised I received an email letting me know my application had gone through and my customer reference that I could quote at any time to get an update should I need to along with the name of the person who would be contacting me and all their contact information, so far so good.

As promised I got a call from my account manager and not some call centre who was fully briefed on what I was looking to achieve and we ran through a couple of questions and I gave my permission to run a credit check followed by their promised I would receive an introduction pack the next introducing their services. Sure enough it was on the doormat the next morning and I was called that afternoon with a selection of products sourced for me.

All in all I can't rate these guys enough, everything that was promised was delivered to the letter, I just got the sense that nothing was too much trouble and that they would go the extra mile for me.

I would have no problem in recommending them. Who said customer service was a thing of the past.

    Excellent website filled out the application and received the service to match thank you for taking the time to publish the original reveiw. If anyone is looking to remortgage I would be happy to recommend them.
