Good Points

American Express have always been very helpful on the phone and it is good speak to a person, not to just get an automated message saying, press one to lose the will to live.


General Comments

I have their card, motor and now travel insurance, they have always been very helpful and I got their annual travel insurance for just £30. Motor insurance was cheaper than everyone else's too.
