Good Points

Looks nice (sat on my drive).

Bad Points

Nissan won't put their hands up to the poorly designed engine. Look on any website, and hear horror stories.

I found this review unhelpful because it doesn't state whether correct maintenance had been carried out on this vehicle.
Be fair and give both sides of story.
Modern engines don't just blow up for no reason!

I found this review helpful because...it tells the truth nissan are fully aware of this issue and are doing nothing because it will cost millions to put right in my opinion they are willing enough to make millions selling these trucks with faulty/poorly designed engines they should stick by there customer service statement Ref unconditional product recalls and rectify this problem at nissans cost or face losing a huge customer base as i for 1 will never buy anything else from nissan............ not even a bumper sticker

I agree with this review because...I'm beginning to realise all is not well with the Navara, in consistent electrics, noisy gearbox and lots of niggles. This machine is brilliant to drive but spoilt by underlying worries about future problems and expense. This is not helped by the poor attitude of the local dealership.
Four times I have presented the vehicle to them for the noisey gearbox to be told in essence to "let it develop", all the time my warranty is getting shorter.
Think it might have to go in favour of a vigo.
