Bad Points

oven burns food, so we have spent 2 years putting the grill pan in the oven.
Door is now coming off its hinges.
When I complained within the first week to customer services about the oven burning food, one bright spark suggested that no one baked any more, anyway!


General Comments

I would never ever buy another Baumatic.
To add insult to injury the matching extractor fan I bought along with the cooker clapped out after a year... just out of warranty.
