Absolutely useless!!!
Bad Points
There are no good points about this bank!!! there a nightmare!!!
General Comments
This bank was terrible, their charges are extortionate, you cannot speak to your branch, its all call centres who give you abuse and cant be bothered to help you or just put the phone down, they keep charging you until your over your overdraft and then continue to charge you for no apparent reason. They also tend not to send bank statements which makes it hard to control your finances, overall this bank has made my first year a uni a complete nightmare!! DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT WITH LLOYDS TSB!!!! seriously they've charged me over 500 pounds in less than a year and have no idea what customer service is, don't bother!!!
