General Comments

I always wanted one of these since i bought my 1st air rifle mag about 7 years ago now i finally saved up and bought one here's what i think

ACTION FIT AND FINISH:
this rifle handles really well it snaps up to the eye straight away its not too heavy and its not too light either however when i bought it new from falcon the cocking bolt was crunchy and horrible this only took 2 seconds to fix (plus a few hundred pellets to wear the gun in a little) but was still annoying
the trigger felt like it needed a body builder to fire it i had to remove the action from the stock to sort this out but now the trigger is perfect
out of the box this thing was pushing 10ft/lbs and considering the uk limit is 12 ft/lbs its a bit underpowered lucky this was easy to sort when i had the action out its now at 11.5 ft/lbs apart from these problems the gun is ace out of the box

SHOOTING:
this thing really is a joy to shoot once its been adjusted to your taste it puts pellet on top of pellet at 35 yards and produces a 5p grouping at 55 yards the self regulating design is very effective (not as effective as a real regulated rifle though)
downside is that after 32 shots the power plummets like a brick the zero goes to cock and its generally no good for shooting lucky the nifty quick fill system works a charm

IN THE FIELD:
i put a huge rhino 4-12x50 scope on it and zero'd it in this rifle is so accurate you instantly gain confidence in even the longest of shots bipods and gun rests are thrown out the window as you dispatch rabbits, squirrels, crows, magpies using offhand and kneeling techniques instead i equipped mine with a hw silencer and its pretty darn silent if you buy this rifle and miss a shot then you might be better off staying at home and shooting targets because this thing makes a bad hunter good

CONCLUSION:
despite its shortcomings with the trigger and the power i still rate this rifle well above its price bracket and it is now my primary hunting rifle and my game bags have definitely increased since i started using it if it was stolen i would by another in a flash

well done falcon this is a choice rifle you made
