Fast service
Good range of good generally
Easy to use web site
Poorer range in girls' clothing
Delivery cost is quite expensive
I have always found Next Directory to be very efficient with the goods delivered very swiftly with few errors. The returns process I have also found quick especially if you use the courier. They sometimes say an item will be out of stock and may come in 3-4 weeks but usually goods appear much more quickly than that, overall a good service, although I do feel the range of girls' clothing has gone downhill in the last couple of directories.
