Good Points

Good range of shoes, good value for money and prompt delivery


Bad Points

Appalling customer services. There is no contact number on the site you have to rely on them replying to emails sent via a form. Despite a promise of 48 hour turnaround I have had no response to three emails so far.


General Comments

I bought 7 pairs of shoes all size 7 from Linzi Shoes. Four pairs fit perfectly and three did not so I returned them by Guaranteed Delivery asking for a bigger size. I have received no replacement shoes, no acknowledgement, no email, no letter, no phone call.
