Almost total reliability and simplicity.
Usual boring interior plastic. Just not up to the job.
Now over 200,000 miles in 9 years. Scrupulous 6000 mile oil changes. Doesn't seem quite as lively as it was when new! But seats 8, mixture of biggies and smallies, and tows a recovery trailer with 1 tonne vehicle, and still averaging 26 miles per gallon, this with auto. One thing to remember, and my transmission repairers inform me, is that in the event of the radiator failing between engine coolant and cooler, (they share the same basic matrix) that you will almost certainly require an auto transmission rebuild as engine coolant destroys the friction surfaces of most modern auto transmissions, this applies to Mercedes, BMW etc. Quite expensive but there you go. Also the front to rear cabin heater pipe rusts out, causing total loss of radiator coolant. Repair immediately! Otherwise, the best all round vehicle I have ever owned or expect to own!
