Friendly staff.
Promised us finance and then declined us!
Accept car sent me a text and phoned me telling me that I had been accepted for finance on any car up to the value of 10k. Received an acceptance letter through the post and was told to go find a car. Found one the next day, rang them with the details and they said excellent, car was fine. Was asked to go to the dealer asap to sign all the documents. Went up the next day and signed the credit agreement, I had to pay a deposit on the car so that the trader would mark it as sold. I thought that was fine as I was getting finance and had just signed the credit agreement. Waited the next day to be told that the car had been paid for and that I could pick it up. Got a call from Accept saying that they were not going to give me finance after all! Was gutted. And I lost my deposit! WARNING! THE FINANCE IS ONLY IN PRINCIPLE SUBJECT TO CREDIT CHECKS AND VERIFICATIONS AT THE LAST STAGE!
