Nope, sorry just can't think of any!!!

Bad Points

Absolutely everything - the poor advice, the fibs, the lack of training for staff

General Comments

Hopeless, rude staff, no-one actually listens to what you are trying to say - I was totally ill-advised by a call centre person (I would say customer services rep but I don't think they understand the term customer services). Had to argue with the woman just to speak to a manager, and even then she cut me off. Totally schocking - never ever ever buy a phone from these people!!!!
