The staff were superb, attentive and quite professional. Had an asthma attack, with no medication. The staff were most helpful. Provided an oxygen tank and their calm and responsive manner helped the situation tremendously. Quite remarkable really.
On the journey back, the KLIA airport did not make an attempt to contact passengers who were already checked in to accommodate the delay of almost 2 hours due to an unsavoury passenger. We learnt of this on the plane which took off on the 9th July, 2 hours later then scheduled.
Malaysian Airlines is quite a superb airline to fly with. In all the years of using the airline flying to Malaysia back and forth, I have not had a particularly bad experience to write about. I must in fact commend them on their excellent service and polite in flight manner to passengers and their particular attention to our children.
