Good Points

Mitsubishi is a phenomenon. My 1995 Galant did 9 MOT's and cost me one track rod end (£70).
Not even a light bulb went out. I have just changed it for a V reg GLS which is superb. Want the best car- get a Mitsubishi - want a badge, get a BMW or Merc.


Bad Points

Lack of prestige.


General Comments

Although a superbly styled and engineered car, Mitsubishi couldn't quite crack the Jag-BMW-Merc market. Toyota had a go at it it with the Lexus range and did better.

If Mitsubishi tried again to compete in the luxury class, go back to the Sigma - not many improvements would be neccessary!
