Easy to use. Easy to clean.
It broke just two month of purchase. Engineer changed a fan and worked OK for another 4 months. Then it broke again. Bosch did not have this model anymore but did not have the one grade KGN34X01GB either. We finally had to get the refund and search for another from the scratch.
And, between Bosch and retailer, I has been kicked around for one month just to get a lift up number to get the refund.
The appliance is too easily broken. The engineer service from Bosch was OK. But their customer service was useless.
