Goods tend to get damaged slightly during transit.
General Comments
Personally I think that TNT offer a unqiue 'service on demand' with good delivery times. They will come to you or you can go to them. There is a 24 hour service if you need it. An advantage for businesses.
The prices are acceptable and lower than some similar competitors.
Whilst the deliveries themselves always get to myself and my customers according to the delivery option chosen, the packaging more often than not tends to be somewhat damaged, which would indicate poor handling of the items.
