Film was OK!

Puke on the seats, which was covered by staff with a bin liner hoping no one would notice! The smell was awful. I am currently seeking a refund through their customer services team, who lack.. er.. customer service! I do not understand why they did not put us into a different screen, it was the last showing and surely some other screens would have been free to use.

The Cineworld staff blamed the smell on a problem with the drains. Yes obviously that's why they had a bin liner over a seat and a room smelling of vomit.

Lets see if they can regain my faith.

Stick with Odeon....not had a bad experience yet!!!
