Good Points

Within a short walk to the beach, the Hotel Letsos was within easy reach of some great restaurants, Dionysis was the best we found.


Bad Points

Shabby room, light fittings hanging off the walls, dirty bed linen on arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned. We were given a split level studio apartment, the air conditioning did not reach upstairs where the double bed was. Unfriendly staff.


General Comments

Very disappointed with the accommodation. Although the outside areas, pool and poolbar were clean and inviting, the room allocated to us on arrival was awful. Stains on the pillowcases, dirty and worn thin sheets, hair all over the floor, filthy toilet, filthy shower, filthy fridge, a mixture of plastic and metal cutlery, a TV with no remote and the manual buttons missing, plaster missing from the join between the ceiling and a bed light, which was hanging off the wall. The state of the rooms could be understood when you saw the cleaners trolley, she had only one cloth, one brush, one mop and half a bucket of dirty water. We were expecting, and had paid for, a double bed apartment for 3-4 people. We were given a split level studio where the air conditioning did not reach up the stairs. On checkout, the girl behind the desk did not speak or acknowledge us in any way, she just took our key without lifting her head and carried on reading.
