Good Points
I'm not very tech savvy, and botched the code and IMEI first time round.... but Mobile lib gave me a FREE unlock code subsequently and fired back a helpful email in less than 6 hours!! Awesome service, deserves mucho kudos!!

Bad Points
Phone unlocked, cheap.. gee.. nothing bad :D

General Comments
Mobile Liberation is too easy, wonder if they'll start supporting other brands of phone?
